2. Children’s and Youth Worker

Do you have a desire to see young people grow in faith?

The Church Council is seeking to appoint a Children’s and Youth Worker, to build upon the excellent work that is already taking place. Remuneration and working hours to be determined according to job specification. Applicants must be committed disciples of Jesus Christ, have a desire to see young people grow in Christian faith, and must be, or be willing to become, regular worshipping members of the Christ Church community, and hold a valid visa.

Sunday Worship

7:30 a.m. - This is a traditional service based on an Anglican liturgy and normally Holy Communion. There is fellowship afterwards over breakfast in the church hall.

10:00 a.m. - The widest cross section of our church family makes up the 10 o'clock congregation. This is normally a communion service but can sometimes be an all-age family worship or morning worship. Children and youth groups are run at the same time as this service, making it popular with families. You are invited to stay on after the service for tea/coffee and lunch in the church hall.
